Share: April 19, 2021 19 April 2021, Addis Ababa: The Chairperson of the African Union Commission H.E. Moussa Faki Mahamat, accompanied by the Commissioner of Political Affairs, Peace & Security H.E. Amb Bankole Adeoyo and Social Affairs Commissioner H.E. Amira El-Fadhel, concluded a two-day working visit to Libya today. During the visit, the Chairperson and his delegation held extensive discussions with Dr Mohamed El-Menfi, Chairman of the Presidency Council of Libya and Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Prime Minister of the government of national unity. During both meetings, the leaders agreed on the role of the African Union in supporting Libya to organize and conduct an inter-Libyan national reconciliation conference. ....
