Tell you this much that ims feeling a fine mist on the skies deck. You do not need an umbrella for this but you might have have speckles that show up on the windshield. Notice, that it is two separate systems here very weak looking cold front to the west and another system out to sea. That is why this fog has formed down toward southeastern new jersey and delaware. That is where it is lying in the thickest but just from our experience the on the sky deck that the fog is pretty thick here too. Further inland and north you go you will have better visibility.
