Going forward its going to be chaos. And for the latest on todays court ruling and the other court ruling fox news correspondent Shannon Bream joins us. What happened today. Its been a busy day. Bad morning for the administration. One court below the Supreme Court in d. C. Said we are not going to aloy you to expand all of these subsidies that help fund people in 38 different states where the law doesnt say you can do that it was an irs regulation that was making that possible. Well, fast forward just a couple of hours later we got an aruling from an equal Fourth Circuit based in richmond saying actually the administration can do this. They deferred to the irs for interpreting this rule yes these subsidies can go forward. Without them big problems that undermines the law in a lot of ways. But now we have the split. The big question now is can negotiators figure out a lasting Peace Agreement before this truce expires . Anderson cooper is along the israelgaza border this morning with the very latest. Anderson, what are you seeing . What are you hearing . Well, good morning, kate. Not hearing much, and thats certainly good news for people here in ashkalan. Weve not heard rockets five hours into the ceasefire, and it does appear to be holding. Its been a quiet day here thus far. What makes this ceasefire different than others, most of which were broken very quickly is israel is not having any operations that are continuing. In past ceasefire, last unilateral ceasefire that israel held, they say they would continue ongoing military operations. Right now they say they have pulled back all forces from gaza. All are on the israeli soil. They are in what they call defensive positions. Well talk to Lieutenant Colonel lerner in a most but first lets go live to john voss standing by live in gaza city. John,

Miles northeast of the border with gaza. We have two breaking stories we are covering extensively in this special hour edition of 360. One the situation here in israel, and in gaza. Word of a ceasefire set to take place some 4 hours from now. A 72 hour ceasefire said to have been agreed to by all the parties, by the government of israel, as well as all the various palestinian factions. Also negotiations supposed to take place within that 72 hour window in cairo, which has helped to broker these this ceasefire, were going to talk to representatives from the palestinian side as well as from the israeli side and the United States. The big story ebola that we are covering. A man in strict isolation in mt. Sinai hospital in new york, after being tested for ebola. Still waiting to hear if he tested positive. He showed up in an emergency room and out of an abundance of caution, doctors placed him in isolation. The missionary doctor being treated now, responding well to a new serum in atlanta
