Spectrum announced to employees on Wednesday that it will close its Rochester call center on Bandel Road Northwest on Aug. 15, which could mean the end of an estimated 200 to 300 local jobs.
Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop, a 24-hour restaurant owned by St. Cloud restaurateur Aldo Coconi, fired up its new Rochester location at 5550 North U.S. Highway 52 on Thursday.
