Meanwhile, the Israeli Military says more than A Million israeli civilians in and around the northern city of haifa are seeking safety in Bomb Shelters from incoming hezbollah rockets. It all comes amid speculation israeli troops could also mount a Ground Invasion of Southern Lebanon, to create a Buffer Zone so that civilians whove been evacuated from Northern Israel can return to their homes.
