Alumni Gaines, Maller, Warehime join college's Board of Visitors and Governors


CHESTERTOWN — Alumni L. Myrton Gaines, Peter Maller and Elizabeth Warehime are among the newest members of the Washington College Board of Visitors and Governors.
Gaines ’78 and Maller ’90, who also are inductees of the college’s Athletic Hall of Fame, took up their duties July 1, while the selection of Warehime ’13 and Hugh Sherman was announced in a Dec. 9 news release from the college.
Sherman is dean of Ohio University’s College of Business, which consistently is ranked as one of the top 50 public undergraduate business colleges in the country. He holds a master of business administration from Northeastern University, as well as a doctoral degree in strategy from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. ....
