Over Northern California there, you can see just a little bit of moisture associated with this system. Not expecting a lot of rain out of this, perhaps a few traces when all is said and done, but this is moving now a little closer to the bay area. In around chico and sliding to the south. Over the course of the evening hours and into tomorrow morning, this system is going to slide over the bay area, maybe bringing a sprinkle. Its going to have two major impacts. The first will be the wind. A wind advisory is in place. For the rest of us it starts by noon time. Its going to last the entire day of tuesday. Half the day on wednesday. Will the Prime Minister do what he can to clear this blockage on behalf of millions of people in this country who suffer longterm medical conditions . My hon. Friend makes an extremely serious point and i will look closely at it because it is a competitive advantage we have in this country that we took difficult decisions about stem cell research. Is important that we continue to lead in that area not only as he says for economic and scientific reasons but because we want to make sure longterm conditions, debilitating conditions, children with a disability and other concerns that we crack those problems for the future and without that level of research i dont believe we will.
