No-Boil Pasta Bake Recipe by Julie Rothman - The Baltimore Sun


1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease a 13-by-9-inch baking pan. 
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 (16-ounce) box of uncooked pasta, 1 (24-ounce) jar of tomato sauce, 24 ounces water, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and freshly ground black pepper. Pour into the greased baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
Step 3: Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir well.
Step 4: Top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and pasta is fork-tender.

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450 F (230 C). With 1 tablespoon of olive oil, grease a glass, ceramic or enamel-lined baking pan (one that is large enough to hold all the vegetables in a single layer).
Step 2: On a cutting board, coarsely chop 4 garlic cloves. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and, using a knife, crush them into a paste. Place the paste in a small bowl and combine it with 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, the leaves from 5 thyme sprigs and black pepper to taste. ....

Baked Brown Rice and Edamame Recipe by The Daily Meal Contributors


4 Cups vegetable stock
1 Cup shelled edamame
1 Tablespoon roasted or toasted sesame oil
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: In an 11-by-13-inch baking pan, place 2 cups short-grain brown rice and 4 cups vegetable stock. Stir to combine. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the foil. Add 1 julienned carrot (or 1 cup shredded carrots), 1 cup shelled edamame, 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce and 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Return the pan, uncovered, to the oven and cook for 5 minutes to heat the edamame and carrots. Can be served warm or at room temperature.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F. 
Step 2: In a sautee pan, simmer 2 tablespoons minced onion and 1 tablespoon minced green pepper (optional) in 4 tablespoons butter or margarine until tender.
Step 3: Mix in 1 tablespoon minced parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, a dash of Tabasco sauce and 2 beaten egg yolks. 
Step 4: Gently mix in 1 pound backfin or lump crab meat, taking care not to break up any lumps. Fill individual ramekins, cleaned crab shells or a larger casserole dish with the crab mixture. Top with buttered bread or cracker crumbs.
Step 5: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. ....
