Bar Citroen – the new mobile bar that Joseph Allison is planning.
But it will be the flash chiller that will actually keep the pours cool when the bar heads to private events around the city.
Allison, who is a chef and operator of two local food trucks, says traditional refrigeration can generate a lot of heat. The temperature will rise when you are trying to keep more than a dozen taps cool in a small space.
