ISHPEMING, Mich. (WLUC) – Northern Michigan University’s Nordic ski teams delivered solid performances this weekend as they made it to the four CCSA NMU Invitational events, finishing first in each of the four races.
In the men’s 10K, the Wildcats swept the podium on Saturday afternoon, taking first through fourth in the men’s 10K race. Kjetil Banerud finished at the top of the standings and crossed the line with 27: 16.3 while Matthew Bourne took silver in 27: 34.0.
Bag Ketterson, who crossed the line in 27: 36.6, and Maurus Grond, in 27: 55.1, third and fourth, respectively. ....
