ambulance service provider found overcharging to ferry a 45-year-old
COVID patient from Bopodi from one hospital to another.
According to RTO officials, they measured the distance of only 16 km and for which the ambulance provider charged Rs 19,000 to the family. “This is gross violation of government diktat and further action will be taken after we get their reply,” said an RTO official.
