Dr. Raza it was not so much the audience but the way i was trying to tell the story. First, i was only going to write about my patients with nothing personal but once i told the stories in deep, granular detail, i felt dishonest holding back my own. Somehow, there was a level of insincerity in going into the depths and profundity of patients feelings and anguish of families without talking about my own. And then i started thinking about my own.
