Our ReporterDimapur, June 4 (EMN): Minister of Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Jacob Zhimomi, on Saturday stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ensured all-round development such as airways, roadways, and railways in the Northeast, including Nagaland. He was addressing a press conference at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District office, Dimapur, along with Tokuho Suhoi Neho, BJP Dimapur district president, to highlight about the various programmes and schemes implemented in the country. He stated that the prime minister aspires to bring NE at par with other states in the country. Zhimomi said that there were railway sanctions for Nagaland and also “lots of national highways for the first time.” He added that many more development projects are in the pipeline.
