Ganderbal, July 02 (Scoop News)- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid tributes to Late Sheikh Abdul Jabbar, a prominent political figure of J&K during a public event at Guriwan Lar, Ganderbal.
The event was organized by Sheikh Jabbar Foundation to commemorate the 32nd death anniversary of Sheikh Abdul Jabbar.
