The Uttar Pradesh government has informed the Allahabad High Court that it will decide whether to continue criminal proceedings (in the COVID Violation case) against ex-UP CM and Samajwadi Party.
In a letter to BSP supremo Mayawati, which he shared on X, Nagar said, "In today's environment and other political reasons I am resigning from the membership of the BSP"
“There is very little time left for the Lok Sabha elections. At such a time if someone is angry, small resentments are bound to happen. and especially we have an alliance," says RLD chief.
Saying that he has faith in the BJP in ensuring the welfare of farmers since the government honoured his grandfather Chaudhary Charan Singh with Bharat Ratna, the RLD chief accused the Opposition INDIA bloc of “fooling people by using Charan Singh’s name for getting votes”.
