Federal employees could "buy back" the time they spent as temporary workers once converted to permanent status, allowing that temporary time to count toward retirement.
They are: job security & business ethics; job satisfaction & outlook; mental health, pay & benefits, and remote work arrangements. Looking at pay & benefits, three quarters of Indian employees say they "would be willing to take a pay cut" to guarantee flexibility of location in where they work (73%), almost twice as many as would do so in Singapore (38%).
