Share: COLOMBO (News 1st): A 22-year-old girl was arrested by Hanwella Police on Tuesday (02) for the possession of narcotics, Sri Lanka Police said on Wednesday (Feb. 03). The 22-year-old female suspect was functioning as the local drug trafficker serving under famous drug dealer who goes by the alias, “Laliya” who operates from overseas, Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said on Wednesday (Feb. 03). During the arrest, 55 grams of Heroin, 35 grams of synthetic narcotic known as ICE, and 5 grams of Cannabis were recovered from the suspect’s possession, DIG Ajith Rohana noted. Further, the police recovered a three-wheeler and a motorcycle used to distribute drugs in the Hanwella area. ....
