A man shot a woman in the street, then ran into a house near the intersection of 18th and otis. No movement inside the house. They have been trying to negotiate with the gentleman to try to talk him off. So far, that has not hopped. Some people have not been able to get to their homes and may have left before the situation started and come back to find out their home is part of a crime scene. Folks in the neighborhood say they both are part of this community here, long time parts of the community and both people are known and it makes it that much more tragic that their interactions turn tragic.
