Caitlin nelson was 20 years old studying social work at Sacred Heart University in fairfield, connecticut. She dedicated much of her life to volunteering after losing her father during the 9 11 attacks. On sunday, she died three days after participating in a pancake eating contest. Everybodys just supporting each other trying to get through something that honestly should not have happened. They said she started choking during the event which was one of many held during greek week. The autopsy has it to be finished. Police say she had multiple Food Allergies.
