Nbc news is now reporting that Voting Congress returning fani willis is expected to present her case to the grand jury next week. We know the d. A. Willis has been investigating trumps efforts to overturn the 2020 election in georgia. Her investigation appears to have quite a bit in common with the federal case being brought by Special Counsel jack smith in washington, d. C. The case in georgia may prove to be different than dak smith s case in one very meaningful way. To understand that, we have to go back to 1979.
