Thank you, and good morning, everyone. Welcome to our fourth quarter and full year 2020 Earnings Conference Call. Joining me today are Bob Pagano, President and CEO, and Shashank Patel, our CFO. Bob will provide an overview of the past year, review our 2021 priorities as well as update you on our market expectations for this year. Shashank will provide a detailed analysis of our fourth quarter and full year financial results and discuss our outlook for 2021.
