A Brisbane man who allegedly used fake service medals, including the Order of Australia, to conduct business has been charged by police.
Police found replica medals in a search of the man’s residence.

Fortitude Valley detectives have charged a 52-year-old Greenslopes man with fraud and improper use of service decorations.
The man fraudulently claimed to be the recipient of honours, including the Medal of the Order of Australia and Officer of the Order of Australia Officer, in multiple interactions with customers between January and April this year, police will allege.
