Solomon Galligan was arrested after he went to Black Forest Hills Elementary and tried to grab a child who was playing at recess Friday afternoon, Aurora Police say.
Jeremiah, 11, was last seen around 2:30 p.m. at Rocky Ridge Park park in Aurora, according to a release from the Aurora Police Department. Rocky Ridge Park is at the intersection of South Buckley Road and East Mississippi Avenue, near Arkansas Elementary School.
