疫情已不可能消滅？「新加坡案例」揭關鍵　黃暐瀚：重點就1個字-風傳媒

黃暐瀚表示，從去年發生疫情以來，整整18個月，新加坡累積確6萬多例，截至昨天為止，死亡36人，死亡率僅0.05%。比起新加坡，台灣的新冠死亡率，高出84倍！如何讓民眾「染疫，卻不輕易死亡」，是台灣要學習的課題。
黃暐瀚也點出，新加坡的疫苗數量充足，目前全國已經有超過一半的人，接種過第一劑的疫苗。預計8月9日新加坡國慶之前，可望達到總人口3分之2施打完兩劑，這是群體免疫的門檻。不只針對長輩，新加坡也將針對12歲以上的學生，給予BNT疫苗。
黃暐瀚直言，篩檢能量也相當重要。新加坡政府不只使用PCR核酸檢測，還計畫在機場、海港、辦公大樓、購物中心、醫院和教育機構使用「呼吸分析器」，只要2分鐘就能得知感染結果。且新加坡民眾可以到藥局診所購買「快速抗原檢測試劑」。
