సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హౌసింగ్ బోర్డుపై వినియోగదారుల ఫోరంలో 23 ఏళ్ల క్రితం కె.వి.రామారావు (63) ఫిర్యాదు దాఖలు చేశాడు. ఏప్రిల్ 27, 1998 నుంచి 2003 మే 19 వరకు కేసు కొనసాగింది. వాదనలు పూర్తయ్యాక మే 19, 2003న తీర్పు కోసం రిజర్వ్ చేయబడింది. కేసులో అసలు ట్విస్ట్ ఇక్కడే మొదలైంది. 17 ఏళ్ల పాటు ఫైలు ఆచూకీ లభించలేదు. ఫిర్యాదు తరపు న్యాయవాది ప్రమాదానికి గురికావడంతో కేసు గతి ....
