15名农民工讨回欠薪-权益-中工网

据了解，2019年，焦绒仙、苟小玲等15名来自陕西省商洛市商南县、安康市等地的农民工，在西安市碑林区东关正街一家餐饮企业打工。但企业因经营不善，于当年12月停业。离岗时，焦绒仙等人11月份的工资尚未发放，直至次年8月、11月才分两次支付了15人的部分工资。在长期索要无果的情况下，焦绒仙等人无奈于今年4月1日向西安市碑林区法院提起诉讼。
4月6日，西安市碑林区劳动争议诉调对接工作室接案后，立即启动农民工讨薪绿色通道，约谈了用人单位的法定代表人，了解详情，在双方间进行有效疏导。碑林区总工会调解员张猛牵头成立三人调解小组，一边向企业阐述欠薪将产生的法律后果，督促企业履行自己的用工责任和社会责任，一边对员工进行心理疏导，及时告知企业现存的实际困难，劝导员工与企业相互体谅，共度时艰。
