'이건희 동영상' 삼성에 연락한 기자…法 "징계 부당"

(서울=연합뉴스) 황윤기 기자 = 2015년 이건희 성매매 의혹 동영상 을 제보받고 삼성에 연락했다는 이유로 징계를 받은 YTN 기자가 회사를 상대로 소송을 내 1·2심에서 모두 승소했다.
26일 법조계에 따르면 서울고법 민사15부(이숙연 서삼희 양시훈 부장판사)는 YTN 소속 기자 A씨가 회사를 상대로 낸 징계 무효확인 청구 소송에서 1심과 같이 원고 승소로 판결했다.
YTN은 지난 2015년 8월 이건희 회장의 성매매 동영상을 갖고 있으니 수억원을 달라 는 제보자의 요구가 들어오자 사장 주재 회의를 열고 당시 경제부장이던 A씨와 사회부장 B씨에게 취재를 맡겼다.

B씨는 취재 윤리에 어긋난다는 이유로 제보자의 금전 요구는 거절했고, 삼성에 가보라 고 제안했다. 이때 A씨는 삼성 측에 제보 사실을 전달한 것으 ....
