A Franklin County Circuit Court grand jury will decide next month whether Terry Eugene Michel will stand trial for felony animal cruelty and filing a false police report in the deaths of his Labrador retrievers, Caleb and Colby.
Dominic Thomas Novia, 31, was arrested on December 22, 2021 and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 70-year-old Mary Ann Cook.
