Lawmakers held a cybersecurity hearing Tuesday, where they talked about the attack that crippled a fuel pipeline, essential to the region. And Maryland is slowly starting to see the impact. The pipeline issue led the Environmental Protection Agency to issue an emergency fuel waiver for areas impacted by the shutdown, including Maryland.
