Real also believe very strongly there are steps that need to be taken in order to address the safety, not just of the general public, but the employees who work for these diseases. There is no question that when youre dealing with an aging infrastructure and the needs that are required to maintain that infrastructure, employees will be working in Hazardous Conditions that can make for an unsafe situation, but there are steps that the Transit Agency has taken. I know from my own experience we focus closely on making sure that our operators have appropriate training, tools, protocols and place to map the safety of these employees. But the reality is, as long as it will take to fix this problem will require more workers to work environments where it could be a more dangerous situation that if it were invested in good repair.
