Einer der Verdächtigen, ein 18 Jahre alter Afghane, war als unbegleiteter minderjähriger Flüchtling nach Österreich gekommen. 2015 beantragte er Asyl, 2016 bekam er subsidiären Schutz. Der Bursche wurde straffällig, er ist dreimal vorbestraft. Und so wurde ihm der subsidiäre Schutz aberkannt. Dagegen berief er beim Bundesverwaltungsgericht.
ÖVP-Kanzleramtsministerin Karoline Edtstadler befindet: „Das Gericht unterliegt einem Beschleunigungsgebot – und hätte binnen dreier Monate entscheiden sollen, ob die Entscheidung rechtskräftig ist. Das hat es aber nicht getan.“ Der 18-Jährige hätte längst abgeschoben werden können ....
