TAOISEACH Micheal Martin has said the Government are looking at a continuation of high levels of restrictions until the Easter period.
The Fianna Fail leader has today confirmed that extended restrictions are being looked at to help ease the extraordinary pressures on frontline workers.

Speaking with RTE Radio 1 s Morning Ireland, Micheal martin said that due to the nature of the vaccine rollout it makes sense to be cautious and conservative .
He said that reducing Covid mortalities and severe illness is a prize worth fighting for and that keeping the numbers down will be worth it. ....

THE Health Minister has confirmed that vaccination certificates will be part of the Covid-19 vaccine implementation plan.
However Minister Stephen Donnelly said the impact of any vaccine in reducing the virus transmissibility must be known before any decisions are made over how a certificate could be used.
