Its a big rig that either was over height or had a raised bed and it hit the overpass of southbound 101 at embarcadero at full speed. So this caused massive damage to the truck and also to the overpass. Theres a major crack in the overpass so caltrans is on scene. Northbound ramp is closed until noon.
