Prosecutors can t use some statements from DCFS workers in AJ Freund case
Former Illinois Department of Children and Family Services supervisor Andrew Polovin, front, leaves court Wednesday after a hearing in Judge Robert Wilbrandt s courtroom in Woodstock.
