中國「個人信息保護法」11月上路路透：讓更多公司感到不安 - 國際

中共全國人民代表大會常委會於今日（20）第三十次會議表決通過《中華人民共和國個人信息保護法》，將從今年11月1日起實行，該法類似歐盟的「一般資料保護規範（GDPR），」而《路透》認為，恐讓中國更多公司感到不安。根據《路透》報導，中共今日發布的《個人信息保護法》中載明，針對過度蒐集資訊的情形，未來處理個人資訊應具有明確、合理的目的，並應與處理目的有直接關聯，採取對個人權益影響最小的方式。
