This is the scene earlier. This is sky 7 in san jose. You can see that protesters, they have been facing off with police all day since around 2 30. It started on highway 101 and then moved through the streets of downtown oakland where there were multiple clashes with police, and there continue to be issues out there, even at this late hour. So two protests and two of the bay areas major cities tonight that have lasted for hours there have been no major injury, were happy to say, but there have been a number of skirmishes and a number of incidents in both of those cities. The person in the video, we have frozen it right there, but he does appear to be okay because he got up and walked away moments later.
