D. s responsibility to comply with a misguided requirement out of the 2008 energy 2007 energy bill which prohibits all agencies in the u. S. Government but particularly the department of defense from the purchase of Synthetic Fuels derived from unconventional highydrocarbons that have a life cycle emissions greater than whatever whatever. Section 526 prohibits that range of technologies that have been developed and are already being used in existing transportation electricity markets.
