On April 8 at 11:48 a.m., the Meewasin Valley Authority said it was confirmed by the Saskatoon Nature Society that the first pelican of 2024 landed on the river in Saskatoon.
For the last several years, Saskatoon's safe-consumption site has been open every day 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. As of May 1, the facility won't be open past 4 p.m.
