Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has now targeted to bring back the talent of his state, who are illuminating the glamorous world of Bollywood through contributing as a major source of revenue for the economy of Maharashtra. His firm resolve started taking shape at a strategically planned mega film city in 1000 acres of prime land in the upcoming economic hub on Yamuna Expressway, just the vicinity of NOIDA International Airport (Jewar) and Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
The politically shrewd move saw retaliatory reactions from Shiv Sena stalwarts but Yogi’s promises of pro-active liberal policies attracted many prominent film personalities with their proposals to UP government. Gautam Buddh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) [India], December 15 (ANI): CBRE South Asia Private Limited, a Fortune 500 company has been selected as a consultant for the Noida film city project, an official said on Monday.
We opened financial bids for Noida film city project today and selected CBRE South Asia Private Limited, a Fortune 500 company, as a consultant. The company will prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) within 2 months, said Arun Vir Singh, CEO, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), UP in a video statement on Monday.
According to the official website of CBRE, it is headquartered in Dallas. ....

Firm to prepare Detailed Project Report for UP's Film City finalised

LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh government has selected a firm to prepare the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s ambitious Film City project, which was announced in September.
Last Monday, the UP government had shortlisted four firms CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, EGIS India Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd, NDS Art World Pvt Ltd and CP Kukreja Architect for consultancy on architecture, construction and design of the project to come up in Gautambuddh Nagar.
Of 1,000 acre of land earmarked at Sector 21 of YEIDA on the Yamuna Expressway, 780-acre site would be used for a film centre while 220-acre would be meant for commercial venture. ....
