rodney dunigan joins us live outside the courthouse. rodney, any idea when allison huffman is expected in court? reporter: that hearing is set for 1:30 this afternoon, huffman was booked into the county jail last night behind me and in a matter of hours she ll be walked from the county jail to the county courthouse a few steps away to face charges. also this morning we re getting a first look at her latest mug shot. she s become officially charged with leaving the been officially charged with leaving death. she was caught last night at an apartment complex in st. pete after a daylong search. investigators believe she drove off after hitting tow truck driver roger perez on the howard frankland just before rush hour on monday morning. perez was helping a stranded happened. huffman s damaged car was found not far from the accident hotel. we ve also learned that huffman has a long history of trouble with the law with a number of to legally drive. we do plan to be in the insid
