People couldn t believe that, first of all, this was happening, but also that it was legal. [barry] a gas-masked gunman opened fire in a midnight screening of the dark knight rises in aurora, colorado. you have several more mass shootings through the fall, and then sandy hook takes place in december, 2012. [ashleigh] the unthinkable tragedy has left this very small new england town shattered tonight. the national rifle association broke its silence today following the newtown tragedy.
