A Delta State-based, self-proclaimed human rights activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, has declared that he is in “serious debt” and not mentally stable. Gwamnishu contested to become a member of the Delta State House of Assembly as a candidate of the Labour Party in the March 18, 2023 legislative election but lost.
