KARGIL, Mar 14: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan who is also the Councillor of Silmoo Constituency stressed the need to revive the culture of Silmoo Constituency and said that as one of the major steps to achieve this goal, a mega event is going be held in the area during the last week of March this year.
The CEC stated this while addressing Archery players and the people of Batalik and adjoining villages during the final match of the Aryan Cup Archery Tournament held at Batalik here today. ....
