PLANT SALE: The Emma Scott Garden Club will be holding its seventh annual plant sale and boutique on Saturday at the Randolph County Community Arts Center. The event will be from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. and the public is invited to come out and purchase an array of different plants at discounted prices. ....
