MANILA - The Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) on Wednesday said it is taking the impasse between the Philippine Athletics Track and Field Association (PATAFA) and EJ Obiena seriously and has already talked to both parties way before Chairman William Ramirez issued his statement on the issue.
