Do cows shoulder too much of the blame for climate change and other problems?

One of the five Cs of the state’s economy that Arizona school-children learn about is cattle.According to the Arizona Beef Council, there are more than 15,000 farms and ranches in the state, including cattle who are raised in all 15 counties. But cows have their critics including those worried about overgrazing, emissions and the health effects of beef consumption.
