MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) Family and friends of a teenager shot and killed Wednesday night, May 5, remembered him Thursday on Milwaukee s north side. He was loving, he was sweet, he was only a kid. He was going to school every day, said Ariyanna Watkins. A balloon release and vigil was held near Hampton and Fond Du Lac for the young man. His family identifies him as 16-year-old Rodney Armstrong. MPD says they were called to the area of 50th and Burleigh around 10 p.m. Wednesday night, where they found Armstrong, who later died from his injuries.
