Ace singer Arijit Singh s mother, who was undergoing treatment at a Kolkata hospital for COVID-19 has passed away. Authorities at the medical facility confirmed the sad news. Aditi Singh had tested negative for the novel coronavirus on Monday but succumbed to a cerebral stroke on Wednesday night. She was 52. She passed away last night around 11 pm. Singh, admitted with COVID, was put on ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation).
