1:30 a.m. the patrol officers were about a mile away at a construction is done at that point they saw this many a van gogh by with a flat tire. he was riding on a flat tire and they stated that they got behind the minivan and they were ready to initiate a stock when suddenly the many events work and hit the center divider. it went across all lanes of traffic and then went down an embankment and rolled over. unfortunately, the driver of that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. since his accident, this offering has been completely shut down while they continue this investigation. there s no indication as to why this driver was riding on the rim of his tire. i had a chance to talk to chp and at this point and they thought that maybe this would take several hours. or around 7:00 a.m. mr. estimate. will we come back out here, you can see all of the maintenance units for accidents are still out there taking measurements. it may be longer, that is an hour from now. as soon as
