Young people aren t children anymore most of most of them are teenagers between fifteen and seventeen years old and while they re still look young some of them might just be too old for these type of rehabilitation program look these boys of weren t born criminals and i think became them after they were brutally neglected by their parents and the government failed to reform them sending them to an institution like this was just a last resort it doesn t work though it doesn t fill its goals this program i think you have to take it case by case and certainly some are more receptive than all of us what to many of these young people need is strict discipline on the on the one hand and a lot of affection on the other hand and it s not an idealist ideal system there are still conflicts and arguments and even fights especially when the children enter the facility but in the program they are supervised twenty four hours ....
